What I do:
Based in New York City.
A little background:
For four years, I worked for the interior design startup, Homepolish, developing their look and voice. As the fourth employee, I was initially brought in to photograph the projects designed by the company's design talent. From there, I developed what photography at large meant for the company — hiring and managing freelancers, coordinating photo shoots nationwide and honing the brand aesthetic, all while shooting Homepolish-designed spaces throughout New York City.
I also developed and managed the @homepolish Instagram account, for which I curated all imagery and wrote lightly irreverent captions that aimed to provide a fun, not-so-serious spin on the world of design. The account grew to 1.6 million followers during my time there.
